24" Monitor at 1920x1200?

So...I'm trying to get an idea for what kind of space I will have(resolution wise) with that monitor? Will I be able to run two Safari windows right next to each other?

Depends on the size of the resolution you want the windows to be.... pixel size h x w.... If you give me those I'll take a pic of my 24" so you can see.

Okay...wanna do Apple's website? When I was at the Apple store, I looked at the 30" displays and was able to have two windows open at Apple's website with some space left...so I assume this step down will be able to do it with not much space left?

Yeah.. it depends on what size you prefer. For me, two normal sized browser windows side-by-side will overlap by two inches or so. Check out the hi-rez 17" mbp at the apple store since that has the resolution you're asking about.

When I was at the Apple store, I looked at the 30" displays...

Was some Facetard on the 23 incher? The Apple 23" is 1920x1200, as opposed to the 20" size being expanded up to 24" on other monitors.
