So, my boss heard I was a mac guy and handing me an old 24" iMac that was acting up. It has the GeForce 7300, and was having a lot of graphic issues: lines, fuzziness, just not displaying things they way it aught.

Now, he has the latest Snow Leopard installed, which was the first thing I saw, as he also had only 1GB of ram. Tossed those and replaced it with a pair of 1GB chips to double his ram, and most of the display issues went away.

I've read that the 7300's had cap issues, and that it made sense to replace with the 7600. Can't find any avialability or prices for the same, nor I am certian that the Graphics Card is the issue.

Is this a case where the machine, trying to run 1.6.8 on a old machine just can't do it as smoothly as we would hope on so little RAM, or is it a Card Issue?

Thanks in Advance...
