I just got my display yesterday and I have some questions.

It's hard to explain cause it's not something I can take a picture of, but when I move windows around, or watch video, it seems like there is this very very faint cross hatching pattern on the display.

I've never seen anything like this before on my old school 20" cinema display, so I'm wondering if it's normal..
 
honestly, the only displays i've really looked at have been a 17" and 20" apple. I've never seen anything like this on either of them, so I don't know exactly what ghosting looks like.

I thought this had a quicker response time than both of them?
 
I don't think it's ghosting. Cause it feels like I can see it when I look at it at specific angles. I have no idea what I'm talking about and I'm probably just making it up.

It'd be nice to see another one to compare...
 
Get someone else to look at it... If they see the same thing, contact dell and get a new one.

My guess is, if it doesn't feel right then i would contact Dell about it.. You have had a 20" ACD and you know what 16:10 should feel like and looking like.
