2405FPW won't rotate screen

Does anyone know why my 2405FPW refuses to rotate the screen? It's plugged in through DVI, but I don't know why my computer thinks that it doesnt support it. This is in 10.4.2 btw.

Also, another question about the monitor... Whenever I move the display, it will lose power and shut off. But as soon as I leave it alone for a couple seconds it comes back on. I've made sure the power cord is plugged in all the way... so I don't know what the problem could be. I don't move the display often so it's not a huge deal, but it is annoying.

i had that with my 2005FPW except my powercord wasn't plugged in as far as it could be, just jam it in there, and check all the rest of the plugs, thou you have done that already, just try it again.
