I guess you can tell by title I'm having trouble with the component inputs on the 2407WFP. I got a full set of Belkin PureAV cables in the mail today. They were all 12 feet long. The composite and rca audio cables work fine. No problem. The component cables however are another story all together. I just get a blue no signal screen. What's the deal? I know component video carries a certain bandwidth (10Mhz or more), but you must be able to push the video over 12+ feet if the cables are available. This leads me to believe that the fault lies with the 2407WFP. I have one other tv in the house with component inputs I'll test tomorrow.
I was also thinking of getting a 12 foot DVI cable so I could move my HDTV tuner. Now I'm not sure. Am I doomed to keep all my av equipment on a shelf 3 feet away from the monitor? 6 foot cables leave just enough slack at that distance.

Wow, it just started working. Don't know why. I didn't change anything. Oh well. Hey, could anyone tell me if there is signal degradation with cable lengths 12 feet and over?
