2600 Pro or the 8800 GS is best for After Effects CS3

Hi guys, i know there are many discussions about 2600 and the 8800, i couldn't find one related with AE. I want to know which card is better. Im planning to get the 2.8ghz model. Im not much of a gamer, im focusing more on AE, PR, PS, AI.

As far as i know 2600 is more stable compare to 8800,i know there will be future firmware updates to improve the card, but as for now, is it ok with AE (8800 GS) ? Adobe site says that 'ATI Radeon HD2000 Series' doesn't support OpenGL while GeForce does support.

i need advice from ppl who uses these cards with their iMacs. Im confuse on which card will have best result for AE and its rendering speed. thanks in advance.

i've check those site before, but nothing about AE.

im guessing they will be in the MacPro instead the iMac, cause apple just recently updated their iMacs

its cool, i guess ill just go for the 8800 GS
