Does anyone here work in an Apple Store? I've been thinking of maybe applying for Regent Street in London next year if I don't study as a Mac Specialist. I'll be 24.

Is it hard to get a job in an Apple Store?

If you work for Apple, you aren't legally allowed to be on sites like this, so I doubt you'll find anyone working for Apple.
As I understand it, if you work for Apple then you aren't allowed to post at sites like this, but it's OK to read it on your own time. I'm not sure if there's a rule about whether or not you can be a registered member.

Well there ARE members who work for Apple Stores. However, posting trade secrets and posting in the Community Section is different, I think. It's not different for Apple, who sees it as all being bad, but I'm sure a lot of employees don't see it that way if they're sure they're not giving away trade secrets. Besides, the people who work in Apple Stores know as much about a product as we do, usually less. They don't find out anything before we do.

Man, I got excited for a moment. I interpreted your title to mean that Steve himself graced some random Apple store's presence by just dropping by to say hi. Now THAT would've been sweet to see :D

I've heard that Steve makes semi-regular visits to the Palo Alto store.
