27" 4K display for my Mac Mini M1?

Hello,

I already own a Dell U2415 and would like to replace by a 27".
I am hesitating between having a 4K display and a lower resolution in the same size but with a higher screen frequency... I am not a gamer, would it be useful ? any comfort for my eyes ?

or should i go for my initial wish, meaning a 4K display ?

I am bit lost with all the Dell models... I am looking for the thinnest bezel and a display offering fantastic colors...

Could it be the U2723QE ? or another Dell ?
