27 iMac for Cinema 4D & After Effect

Hey everyone, i am new here and have a question about the iMac.

I am going to use this computer only for school and work with Cinema 4D and After Effect. My question is that is this computer going to run smooth on big files and on rendering. Can some one tell me there experience with these iMacs on Cinema 4D..

I am thinking of buying

27 iMac 3.5 GHz i7
256GB Flash Storage ( Got G-RAID 4TB Dual Thunderbolt )
32GB 1600MHz DDR3 SDRAM ( Updating it my self )
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780M 4GB GDDR5

Thanx, i was going to ask the same question! I would expect this to run pretty good with After Effects. I think there are some steps to make it run better. I've seen some tips on to make AE make full use of the GPU etc. of the new iMac.

But i'd like to hear from the people who know best..
