27" iMac Late 2012 fan high after SSD upgrade

I have upgraded the SSD and CPU but now after the boot up (1-2min) the fan spins at full speed all the time. Same results in OS and Win 7

It cant read the temp of the drive and so the fans are spinning at full speed as a precautionary measure. Take it apart once more and reseat all cables that you have touched.

Ok so after hooking up the Samsung SSD 840 Pro by it self inside my Imac 27 Late 2012 the Fan is working !!!
So I guess this has to be an issue with the Maxupgrade adapter where the HDD Temp gets errors.

Any one installed the Maxupgrade with 2 drives ?
