27" iMac sound in Windows

Here, there and everywhere
Anyone else noticed the sound in Windows being very "tangy" using the internal speakers?

It seems like it has the same problem that the 13" MBPs have where the bass basically hasn't been turned on.

This is the thread where its been discussed.

In OS X it sounds fantastic though.
