27" imac superdrive grinding, ticking, + more

Brand new, this is my 3rd imac, first 2 had screen gradient lines, and then this one the superdrive is grinding, ticking and will not accept any type of cds, or dvds. You have to push the disk in, it does not grab it.

i want to take it back asap, this is upsetting this is my first mac too.........

Now the promblem is i already downloaded my software, word, ect.... What do i do? i already registered the product keys for microsoft word for mac
