iMac from mid 2011. My computer display would freeze, on screen savers and when working, at random and with great frequency…

I have 3.4GHz i7 27” Apple iMac Mid 2011 16GB. I upgraded to original 256GB SSD with a 480 SSD OWC Mercury EXTREME Pro 6G and 32GB memory. It ran smoothly for about several hours and than begins to show quite nasty frozen display issue. In the middle of the work, just freeze like that. It keeps staying there in the frozen screen. No mouse pointer, no spinning wheel. No keyboard function. But fans are running and HD makes some noise now and then. What’s wrong with it?…”

I installed fresh copy of 10.9.2 no recovery, no migration, no programs and freeze again.

I have 2 pieces of the OWC SSD and both have the same issue.

When I return to the original SSD from Toshiba no problems?

I was in contact lot's of time with OWC for solutions, but till now nothing...

Please help if you know any solution for my problem.
