28 Days Later is a PMS calendar designed for men.

It offers two clear view modes:

1. PMS gauge - transitions from green to red for the PMS days.
2. Calendar - so you can see exactly when the current PMS phase is.

Setup is easy:

The only required input is the first day of the cycle. But you can adjust the cycle length and the PMS phase length at any time for more accuracy.

What makes it different?

A lot of similar apps display the info poorly or convolutes it with information about menstruation, ovulation, fertility, etc. 28 Days Later does one thing and does it precisely.

It includes general information about the syndrome and natural, scientifically supported ways to manage the symptoms.

Whether you use this information to be extra supportive, or just to leave town, is up to you. But now the knowledge is only a click away. We are welcoming feedback on which features to include in version 2.
