2amp car charger for iPhone 5/iPad with same Apple connector footprint?

There are a number of car chargers out there but most of them have a lightning connector that is too big for most cases, example:

Is there a 2amp car charger w/lightning cable has the same size connector as the Apple Lightning cable?

I tried a handful of different ones and the only 2 that worked on any case I had was -
griffin powerjolt SE. It is tapered and fits inside most cases.

Also the revised one from Verizon is pretty small now too and fits in most. Make sure you get the revised though
