I want to make 2D animation but not focus so much on movement...
Wanna make something like this:

Basically using a bunch of drawings but not enough to make it look like the character is moving smoothly... Hope it makes sense!
Anyway I thought about drawing first on procreate and then use a video editing app to put drawings and sounds together, but one downside to this is I can't do "onion skin" in procreate. (Using the previous scene background as a guide to draw new stuff on)
It'd be also nice to have audio import capability while animating, and I could do that plus onion skin in Animation Desk, but their drawing function is not so advanced and I can't see the brush palette while zooming in.
Another app Animation HD shows drawing tools in zoom, but no sound import
Do you know of any app that is awesome at drawing and can do onion skin animation and sound editing?
