2FA; how to restore if phone is stolen or has a hardware failure

Hi

My phone has authenticators, 2FA for iCloud, receives SMS etc. for many apps, sites etc.

If i lose my phone due to hardware failure etc. or worst case stolen, i am screwed. I won't be able to check my emails or even make a banking transactions due to 2FA via apps or SMS.

Is there any way that i could restore my phone as-is from an image with all apps?

If this is not possible, what are the next best options?
