My 2g is jailbroken to 2.2, works great...few cydia apps, and a lot of app store apps w/saves and things i'd like to transfer over.
I now have a 3g 2.2.1 (normal-not jailbroken) and did a restore, everything BUT the applications came over, the contacts/sms/bookmarks/etc did, but not the applications...haha it even transfered cydia/installer over which I thought was funny. Didn't think it would.
any idea why it doesn't transfer my apps over?
