2G/3G Toggle for CDMA iphone 4s?

I am aware of SBSettings but it is known that the 3G toggle functionality allowing for the switch over to 2G/EDGE data speeds to save battery results in complete loss of reception on CDMA iphones (verizon or sprint). Are there any other apps that possess the 3G toggle functionality?

I don't think there's any benefit to switching to 1xRTT on Verizon? 2G/EDGE is a totally different network on the AT&T side. I only have it because of the edge of the 3G network, sometimes the phone will pull 1 bar of 3G instead of 5 of EDGE...
