2G Headphone Jack Broken - Help

Well I am using my own Shure headphones with a converter and I have had them working before on my Iphone, but I plugged them in yesturday and the phone still played through the speakers.

Now I can see a white circle in the headphone jack so don't know if this is the problem but I have reset/turned off the phone with no luck.

Now my only worry is trying to get a replacement as I bought it from an O2 Store but then went and unlocked and jail broke it. So I assume I will have issues getting a replacement/fix from O2 and Apple?

Run the virginizer app, then restore the phone to an un-jailbroken firmware. Take back to O2 / Apple, explain to them what has happened and they will either fix or give you a replacement phone.

The white circle is what Apple use to tell if it's been water damaged IIRC.
