iPod 2G iPod HiFi

hey guys!
just got my student loan in, and decided I need a new stereo setup to compliment my new 2G Nano. Obviously I'm automatically warming to the iPod HiFi...

just wondering though, if Apple were to release a 2nd generation HiFi:
a) when it would be released (can't remember when the 1G was released :-s)
b) what possible new features it could include.. wireless is what I'm after mainly!

If you want one, get it now... I own one and can see little room for improvement on the hardware side. I suspect that the update cycle on something like this is going to be on a par with the ACDs, for example. I don't think we'll see an update on this until well into next year.

Built-in wireless would be nice but as long as it's not at a tremendous cost to battery-life.

Heard a Bose Sound-Dock the other day. Absolutely awful in comparison and slightly more expensive too...

Maybe the 2G Hi-Fi will add a pair of tweeters to fill out the upper frequencies. Perhaps a $50 price drop as well...
