Hey guys, I thought you might find this interesting, maybe not. I restored my new 2G 16GB ipot from an old jailbroken 1g restore, and I'm left with Boss's Numberic Battery Count on the upper right corner of my screen, FULLY functional. This help you at all?

Link to screen shot is http://localhostr.com/files/2dae32/photo.jpg Lemme know if you need more info.

Ooh!

You loaded an old 1G iPod Touch's restore onto a new 2G iPod Touch?

That would be iPod, my friend. You would grow flowers in an iPot.

iPod + touch abbreviation is ipot. I didn't make that up

And no I didn't restore old firmware. I backed up my old one and restored the backup.

I've never heard 'iPot' as an abbreviation either. The only shortening of the name that seems to be accepted by everyone here is merely 'touch'. Any topic that uses an "unofficial" name (iTouch and your...iPot) usually ends in a massive debate about why people should call it by it's proper name.

iPod touch or just touch, no iPot.
