I have an iPod Touch 2G for the past few days which I got on eBay. It's from a reputable seller, power seller, etc etc...
I played around with the Touch for a day before connecting it to my iTunes mainly to surf the web and download and app game or two and all worked well.
Then I connected it to my iTunes and it mentioned it was updating to 3.0 (for free since I guess it already had 3.0 installed or something)...well, all of a sudden when attempting to listen to music using the speaker the sound is very low at even the highest setting...At least, low when compared to the norm of the 2G Touch. Another issue is the grainy sound quality...When hearing someones voice singing in a song its grainy, tad bit muffled/distorted. Finally, when palying a game app it gets really hot on the bottom back...like to the point where I dont want to touch that part of the Touch...
...I've tried resetting the touch but still the same problem continues...
Help?
