I was wondering if y'all might be able to help me out. My brother bought one of the new Nano's last week and he just came to me saying it had locked up. I took a look at it and the screen was dim but I could still see the album artwork and the battery meter. The battery was still completely full. I tried pushing the buttons, but nothing happened. Then I tried plugging it into my macbook and it didn't even show up. Any clue what's going on or how to fix it?
