2G Tmobile set voicemail with PIN!

I've tried a lot of things I found on the internet, and even talked with a great tech rep at tmobile -- but no luck.the *5005*86P hack didn'y work

My phone is answering with my voice, hello, please leave a message, etc., instead of giving me my messages.

I want to call, have the system enter my PIN and have the3 voice say: You have ___ messages.

HELP
