It won't work because the PowerBook only takes Non-ECC Unbuffered RAM.

Not to mention that the linked RAM is 184 pin DIMM and the Powerbook G4 Al. models take 200 pin SODIMMs... these ones will be about three inches too wide to fit. ...And that the Powerbook cannot address 2 GB modules... and ...

Once again with feeling: Only buy RAM that the seller guarantees in writing has been tested compatible with your model Macintosh.

ok, i had not seen the 184 pin spec, had to download a pdf... oh well, i really hope they do release a 2gb module for the 12inch pb
