2nd Display question

I am currently using a Macbook Pro. I have connected an external display to extend the desktop space, so I have 2 desktops to work on.

My question is: Is there a way to get the top menu bar on BOTH displays?

When I'm working on the 2nd display, to do something that I need the menu for, I need to move my mouse all the way to the first display to get to the menu.

That is a pretty newbie question, but I'll jump in and say, I've been wondering this too, it becomes a bit annoying after a while. I'm sure it'll be a simple yes or no answer too

I have always had dual displays.

I never have been able to get it on both.

The answer is no, but something like DejaMenu will give you similar functionality, but using a keystroke. Read the help/html file on how to set it up.

A key combination other than what is shown at http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1343 is recommended (the default is Shift+Command+m).
