iPod touch 2nd gen bug in Photos app with iOS 4.1

Since I have upgraded to iOS 4.1, my photos app looks like this:

However, these pictures are not just black. What's even weirder is that any new photo I add will have a normal prewiew.

Anyone has the same "symptoms"? I hope the next update will fix this...
