iPod 2nd Gen iPod Shuffle Issue

Hello,
I gave someone a 2nd gen iPod shuffle for christmas. Of coarse they wanted to try it out, and get some tunes on there. So we set it up on a mac, but when he gets home and tries to use it with his windows version of itunes it won't let him. Any idea how we can work around this? Perhaps flash the memory so it can be set up from scratch via windows, and not mac?

Please be more specific. Did you get an error on the PC?

You have to set it up to sync manually with your iTunes library, or else iTunes will give you a warning and such on any other computer.
