I have install a 2nd hard drive, which is a SSD and regular 1 tb 5200 rpm hard drive. The Solid State hard drive is ok but I was wondering what I should do about my 1 tb hard drive?

I have 70% full of movies, music, photos, documents and applications stored on my 1tb hard drive, it is slow when I click on the folders and files in that hard drive. I have done repair permissions with disk utility and also change the settings in the general settings, energy saver to click off the "let hard drive sleep when it can". Nothing changes.

Before it was working fine and it was use like it was an external hard drive or flash drive. The movies on there was working fine and running smoothly but it is lagging and won't play it in real time.
