So my "one time replacement" from the Apple Store is just as bad, if not worse, than my 1st iPhone 4 in regards to the proximity sensor issues. What should I be doing next? Do I have to call Apple and go through all kinds of stupid steps with some idiot on the phone? Will they replace it again?

I replaced my 3g 3 times in store... just set up an appointment and walked in... if its a manufacturer error it should be covered on the spot...

I pretty much want to dump the iPhone now and just get a totally different phone. Has anyone had any success getting their money back as late as this after launch date?
