iPod touch 2nd iTouch not recognized

I have two iTouches. I upgraded one too 2.0. Now my second iTouch is not recognized by iTunes 7.7.0.43.

Both iTouches are recognized on a computer that I did not use to upgrade the first ITouch.

Has anyone else run into this problem? If so what do I need to do fix this situation.
