Hi all.

After the latest update, pretty much all my bugs have been ironed out. Things are great once again with the ATV2.... apart from one thing!

Movies that I have with soft subs. All play fine, except that when there is two lines of subtitles the 2nd line gets the very bottom of the text cut off. Its like it basically sits too far down on the screen and could do with nudging up.

Suggestions in the past have been to edit in Subler. This works when displaying on the mac, however this doesn't translate over to the ATV.

Its the one thing that is really annoying me!

Does anyone else have this issue, or can they check to see if they do!

Thanks!

Ok, went round a mates yesterday and got him to test out the subtitles issue on his tv/atv, and they displayed fine! Think this means it's done to my tv set. I've read that if you play with the overscan settings on the tv this can rectify it however I have none of these settings on my tv. It's about a 5 years old LCD. presumably this is too old for Apple!

Looks like I've got to try and sell the idea of a new tv to the better half!
