Red Sparrow- Jen L complicated thought provoking thriller which explains why I have approx 50 mins left to view.
Amazing movie much better than some of the reviews had suggested as avarage,
Nice to see 4k tag is working only dropping from info screen sometimes

My search to purchase an additional 4K movie continues.
Neither of recent rentals are essential purchases though Red Sparrow was much more interesting than Tomb Raider2018.

Valerian and Exodus look incredible too.

I have the 4k versions of Braveheart, Gladiator, Saving Private Ryan, Mission Impossible 4, and Mission Impossible 5 that I still have to watch.

Here are some of my 4k favourites for picture and sound quality that I purchased:

Saving Private Ryan
Gladiator
Braveheart
Valerian (story isn't that great but the picture is excellent)
Mission Impossible Rogue Nation
Mission Impossible Ghost Protocol
Alien Covenant
Atomic Blonde
Ender's Game
Exodus Gods and Kings
Hitman Agent 47
The Last Witch Hunter

Valerian is still HD in the UK, some others maybe as well, not checked but the UK and US/Canada seem to get a bigger selection. There is a handy App that runs on iOS called Cheap Charts. It will run on ATV but the filters can be set on the phone.

However.
Baby Driver is pretty good, as is Kingsman (both films and all 4k). Indication of preferred would help narrow it down?

The only documentary in 4K HDR I own - Samsara.
This is a very great visual documentary and I am shock and pretty happy when it get upgrade to 4K HDR. P/Q 5/5

Beside this, following few movies also very awesome in 4K HDR

  • Spider-man Homecoming - Video Quality 5/5
  • The Silence of the Lambs - Video Quality 5/5 (the best version I ever seen)
  • Unsane - Video Quality 4/5 (unbelievable great where this movie is shot using iPhone 7)
  • Wonder Woman - Video Quality 5/5 (One of the best 4K HDR film)
  • Rampage - Video Quality 4/5

I still but 4k discs because these discs don't always come with an iTunes code. Just got Rampage and Ready Player One on 4k disc.
Wonder why this "Ready Player One" is not selling in Malaysia, not in Malaysia iTunes or Play Store.

I going to buy from UK iTunes soon as it is much cheaper at UK than US.

I rented 'The Post' the other week from iTunes - 4K HDR. I was bowled over by the excellent stereo separation in the audio track. Excellent!
Cries from Syria was a truly outstanding documentary along with 'Human Flow'. Essential viewing for all that possess empathy :)

Buying Mama Mia from iTunes in 4K HDR this week. I'm sure all of the blues, whites & sunshine will look incredible with the HDR treatment - iTunes & Apple TV 4K are simply shining on our new LG OLED.

The 4k disc does not have a iTunes code, only Ultra Violet for the Canadian disc which cannot be transferred to iTunes using Movies Anywhere.

I seldom buy 4K blu-ray because it is costly to me as I need to get from Amazon US or UK. Malaysia have too little 4K title at the moment.

I am just curious why this show Real One Player is not selling in Malaysia.

Ready Player One has only just been released this week here in the UK iTunes store. Maybe Malaysia will get it at a later date :)

The problem is it not even list in pre-order listing. Others more newer title like the new ant man, incredible 2, and etc already there.

Also title release in Malaysia is faster than UK and this title already list in UK iTunes for quite sometimes.

Every title is different depending on so many difference influences. The film Call Me By Your Name launched in the UK on iTunes 3 weeks before it launched on iTunes in the USA for example and took 3 months after that to launch on iTunes in France. Same with Bjorg vs McEnroe - many weeks earlier in the UK before it was released in the USA.

Treat each film as a true individual.

Another example is look at how many more unusual films from the tiniest of directors make it to iTunes (see the recently added section) and even films from the 1950s get added whereas the classic 'Summer Lovers' from 1982 by the Grease film director never ever made it to iTunes even though it had very well known actors in it etc. Same with Studio 54 the movie - never made it to iTunes UK even though it appeared on iTunes throughout the rest of Europe etc (AND IT'S AVAILABLE TO BUY ON AMAZON PRIME). Family Man the film again never made it to iTunes UK.

It's currently on offer for 99p rental. It's a truly beautiful documentary. I've got many friends from Syria and the things that they've been through - one didn't know if his brother & parents were alive for 3 years!!! No electricity & phone lines in many parts of the country.

A must see documentary for all!

Is ok, I already bought at UK iTunes. :)

Not sure what the issue, another very old Steven Spielberg direct film - E.T also not selling in Malaysia iTunes. Haha!

Wow! Just finish watching Ready Player One. Wow!

Until now this gonna be my best film in year 2018.

The acting is normal and not spectacular but the storyline to special effect already make this film 10/10.

I watched the 4k disc and the bass near the end of the movie was incredible! You can really feel the bass energy lol.

The 4k iTunes is excellent too. Friend rented it and I was able to sample parts of the movie.

4k on the Apple TV is excellent for people that don't have access to the 4k disc.
