3.0.1 Startup Disk Not Found (?) When Updating

Hi All,

I successfully updated to 3.0 when it came out, and am trying to do the 3.0.1 update. When I do, it downloads the update, reboots, and cannot seem to boot from the update partition, giving me the disk with the blinking question mark icon. I can power cycle it to get it to boot into 3.0.

This unit was at one point hacked, but not since early 2.x. It has a 120gb HD in it. It has never had other problems updating.

Any ideas?
