3.0 beta 2 app store updates issue

Anyone else not getting updates by the app store. For example updates come out on a app that is currently on my phone. I do not get notified by the app store. I can actually find that app in the app store and instead of saying installed, I can redownload it and overwrite the same app on my phone, allowing me to get the newer version. Anyone else seeing this issue?
