3.0 Bug or? (iPod app syncing problem)

I'm using 3.0.

When I sync all my data, it's stuck at the "Syncing user iPhone" process... It wouldn't continue.

Of course when it hangs there, I unplug my iPhone can plug it in again. The storage meters shows songs content but I find the iPod app empty, with no songs.

Anyone got a solution?
