3.0 CalDAV Google Calendar existing apts?

Hi,
I have successfully setup a new CalDAV calendar to my Google Calendar and can add or delete appointments both ways.

Howerver, none of my existing appointments are showing on my iPhone calendar. So the events/appoinments that were existing previous to my setup of the iPhone are not shown in my iPhone CalDAV account.

Any clues? Or is this the correct behaviour?
