3.0 gm laggy for my 3g

My 2.0 software seems to run really slow and lags up a lot. The animations are choppy etc. ive already restored it and set it up as new. any suggestions?

Mine was a bit laggy also when I first installed but it has gotten a little better with a couple of restarts. I imagine that it will be a little more laggy than 2.2.1, that's just the facts of life man.

My 3G has lag in certain parts of the OS, but other parts are smooth. It may improve in the future, but I doubt it.
