3.0 OS release TIME

Ok, so i have been waiting for this 3.0 OS to come out for a very long time now lol. And i was just wondering when on the 17th will it come out? Will it be like at 12:01 AM on Wednesday, or like 12:00 PM? Im just wondering to see if i should just stay up till midnight so i can download it.

I am not sure a time been set other then the date that I know of. I can't for the life of me remeber the last update and time they have all happen...

Well when it's released, Apple's servers will probably be hit so hard, only a few people will get to download it right away... so I'd wait until Thursday if I were you.

Yeah... Apple's servers were down when just the DEVS tried updating to 3.0 GM. Trust me, I was trying too and I couldn't get in. I'm just warning you. There's a lot more non-devs than there are devs

Just get the GM now, if the 3.0 final is different/updated, you can wait a little while to update to that because you have 3.0 already.
You don't need to be a developer to download or install the GM.
You can get it today as well!

With past software updates it usually seems to show up for people at all different times. I know of multiple releases that have been posted here on MacRumors, but when I checked my iTunes it wasn't available yet. Somewhere between 12:01am and 12:00pm, it will be there.
