3.0 out in Japan yet?

I was wondering if 3.0 comes out tomorrow on the 17th, is it out in Japan yet since they are 12 hours ahead of us (pacific time for me). Anyone downloading the official release yet and installed it on 2g or 3g iPhones?

No. It comes out all at once around the world. It's not like the iPhone 3G.
