3.0 Startup & Shutdown times

Sorry, don't mean to complain about little things like this, but has anyone else noticed that when you switch the phone off, it takes a little longer and even when you switch it on, it takes forever to load, and instead of the springboard (screen with all the icons) loading up, the "slide to unlock" page comes up first instead ?

Sorry, don't mean to complain about little things like this, but has anyone else noticed that when you switch the phone off, it takes a little longer and even when you switch it on, it takes forever to load, and instead of the springboard (screen with all the icons) loading up, the "slide to unlock" page comes up first instead ?

I believe the slide to unlock is what is suposed to appear with 3.0. But yes, boot and shutdown times are longer, specially the shutdown time which for me is about 3 times longer.
