I cannot even get Itunes to recognize my phone is plugged in the computer at all.

I got an error message last night, and when I attempted to get help at my local Apple Store, they told me to come back tomorrow since they were much more concerned with the new customers rather than the existing ones, I guess.

I have an appt tomorrow afternoon, but I am pretty frustrated that they would not help, and that it bricked it anyways to boot.

Any ideas? I checked the one idea that the box in IE needed to be unchecked. I am going to redownload itunes next, but just checking to see if there was anything left to be done.

Still shocked that Apple did not want to help me today. Shocked, because I have always had great customer service. They did say they would have been happy to put me in a new phone today.....sheesh.
