iPod touch 3.1.1 screws up tv show order?

So with the 3.0 update, they sorted tv shows by seasons (first season being on top, seasons after that go downward) then by episodes (first episode on top, then later ones after that). So it would be like:

Season 1 Episode 1
Season 1 Episode 2
Season 2 Episode 1
Season 3 Episode 1
Season 3 Episode 2

But with the new 3.1.1 update, it seems that they messed up the order of shows. Now, it doesnt even care what season you have, they organize it by the episode #. So I have something like:

Season 1 Episode 1
Season 2 Episode 1
Season 2 Episode 2
Season 3 Episode 2
Season 1 Episode 3
Season 3 Episode 3

Anyone else experiencing this?

What I had to do was edit each tv show episode (all 219 of them,) and add on S after the name and then the season number. So now its South Park S13

Right click on the file in itunes and go to get info. Then click the video tab and add S13 after South park where it says Show. That is for Season13.

It took a while. It isn't perfect because now when I go to video it has so many more folders now but it is way better then what it was.
