Don't know if it was 3.1.3, but prior to update I could not join a wireless network I set up at my school that requires proxy settings. I had put the proxy settings in the Touch as best I could, but could not join. Then today, after having updated my Touch, it joined. Anyone else noticing it is easier to join networks you couldn't join before?
