3.1.3 Random Volume Changes / Cuts out

Is anyone else having random changes in System Sounds volume with 3.1.3? I will be typing and suddenly the keyboard sound volume will increase by like 2x or it will totally cut out until I close and reopen the app thats using the keyboard. Just wondering if its a bug or something wrong with my particular phone.

I noticed that too.
Sometimes the clicks on the keyboard are low and at times loud.
