3.1 Beta 2 Tethering

Has anyone been able to enable tethering with the just released 3.1 Beta 2? Neither the .ipcc or the mobile configs seem to enable tethering.

Why didn't you wait untill it was confirmed that tethering worked on 3.1 ? I'm not moving from 3.0 cause I'm loving the tethering ATM.

Can't you restore back to 3.0 somehow ?

I am just running 3.1 Beta 1 right now since tethering still works on it.
