MacOSX-10.5.8-Leopard_PPCOnly_Restore_Image_V1.dmg (3.70gb)
The file size is 3.70 gb , so when i'm trying to burn it suddenly the file became 20 gb so i don't understand why, and i would like to burn it to a DVD because i really want to install this OS on my Ibook G4. Plz help me

I'm not sure about why that .dmg got so big, but you have a couple of options if you can't reduce it's size.

A BRD...Blu Ray standard menu hold 20GB
An external USB HDD or large USB stick drive

I'd look at recreating that file though and see if you can strip unwanted things from it.

Sounds like either your file is corrupted or somethings wrong with the program you're using.

Try something like ImgBurn.
