Hi, my old mac book pro charger died about a week ago. I recently made a trip to the mall to purchase a new one. This charger is not working correctly either, and I am extremely frustrated. It will work when I unplug the charger from the outlet and plug it back in. As soon as I leave the adapter idle for about an 1 or 2, it will stop charging and I will need to unplug/plug in the adapter again for it to work. Someone please help me. This adapter is extremely expensive and not worth this extra work just to charge my laptop. It is no more than 3 days old. Should I bring it in to a store and try to get a new one?

Thanks in advance!

What was the "broken" one doing?
