3 fingers swipe left/right in finder works only after i move up/down

Hello, so i opened finder and tried to swipe right and left and it did not work until i swipe up/down. If i close finder and reopend it, i need to swipe up and down again to enable left and right. Do you have the same?

It's not the same behavior i have. I don't have the 3 fingers drag enabled. I have the same settings the man from that thread has. But the fact is that swipe left n right with 3 fingers begins to work only if i swipe once up or down. Until then it's disabled!
